On March 29 and 30, 2022, Prospera Health and Hospitality Services hosted their second equipment exposition, featuring live robotics demonstrations. After a successful event in Austin, this year’s exposition was held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Pittsburgh - Green Tree. Despite the unexpected weather, the turnout was great and the robotics were perceived very positively by attendees.

During the Pittsburgh exposition, PHHS introduced visitors to a variety of tools for ensuring a clean environment, such as air purification products, as well as cleaning and disinfecting equipment. The beds in the GreenTree hotel are all protected by CleanRest PRO Encasement Protection, keeping mattresses clean and bed-bug free while repelling bacteria and viruses. This makes for a safe work environment for staff and helps keep guests safe.
The live demonstrations also included some of the unique UV-Cleaning (UVC) devices PHHS offers. From a UV mount on a payment terminal to shoe-sole disinfection, UV disinfecting devices can be as big or as small as your hotel or restaurant can handle. In the PHHS shop, various UV devices are available that can disinfect rooms independently. Some can even move from room to room, freeing up even more time for staff members!
Besides health and cleaning devices, cobotics were also a featured during the live robotics demonstration. Appearances included some of the newest robotics serving the hospitality industry some of which haven't even been released by PHHS yet:
The CLOi Servebot - navigates safely to serve guests at tables in a restaurant or in rooms in a hotel. The robot works independently and can be programmed to perform various tasks.
EffiBOT - a handling and delivery robot, transporting loads between various locations.
Aethon - offers autonomous delivery of food, drinks and other products to staff and guests.
Whizbot - vacuums and sweeps, to support cleaning teams to build happier, healthier working environments.
Maidbot - takes on dull, dirty, and dangerous tasks, allowing humans to focus on more meaningful and enjoyable work.
Fybot - improves productivity and efficiency by taking over dangerous and tedious tasks from staff members, while setting new standards for cleanliness.
Prospera Health is proud of yet another successful event. This was an invite-only event with limited capacity.
